Accommodations
Large V-berth forward with wash basin (hot/cold pressure fresh water), large hanging locker and excellent storage. Aft to Starboard is the enclosed head with pressure shower, manual Raritan toilet with 3-way valve and large new holding tank (2002). Professionally installed new (2002) Raritan 6 gallon stainless steel hot water heater with heat exchanger and 120 V AC. New Jabsco fresh water pump (2002). The main cabin features a single settee to Port and double to Starboard with fold up table. Galley to Port with navigation station opposite. Light filled cabin with 8 ports (4 opening) and hatch over V-berth. Good ventilation with 4 cowl vents (2 forward with dorade boxes, 2 aft). Easily sleeps 5 or more, excellent storage for extended cruising or ocean crossings.

 


Galley
Galley is to Port of the companionway and is well planned with plenty of storage and counter space. Stainless steel 60 gallon fresh water tank with new (2002) Jabsco fresh water pump. Professionally installed new (2002) Raritan 6 gallon stainless steel hot water heater with heat exchanger and 120 V AC. Deep stainless steel galley sink with connections for salt water (not connected). Galley seacock replaced (2002). Spacious ice box, original stove and fuel tanks have been removed. Forespar single burner hatch mount propane stove.

Uniden MC 1010 VHF Radio. Guest battery switch (2002) with house and starting batteries. Garmin GPS 176c (color) with mounting hardware and Blue Chart CD (2002/2003, Version 4.01). 30 AMP Shore Power with waterproof 50� cord, waterproof 50� cord for shore telephone connection (new, 2003).

Sails
Main with multiple reef points, mizzen with one reef. 135 working jib on roller furling. 150 jib, spinnaker and storm try-sail with bags and Sunbrella blue covers. All sails are in fair to good condition. 2 - Barient 21 winches in cockpit, Barient 3 and Barient 10 on mast. Spinnaker pole. Aluminum spars and masts. Anchors include 45# Genuine CQR and 22# Danforth. All working dock lines plus new (2004) spare lines including 2 � 5/8 X 35� 3-strand nylon with eye splice, 2- � X 15� 3-strand nylon with eye splice and 2 � � X 30� double braid nylon with eye splice. Seven inflatable fenders.

 


Engine
Westerbeke 4 cylinder diesel, 27 HP naturally aspirated with low hours, 40 gallon fuel tank, and complete set of engine gauges, new stainless exhaust professionally rebuilt (2002). Spare parts include fresh water and salt water pumps, impellors and filters. West Marine Fuel Filter Funnel (2004). Professionally serviced (2004).

 


Additional
Slip is prepaid through October 15th, 2004 including Sea Tow membership and fuel discounts. Located in a wake free, sheltered and professionally managed marina 10 minutes from historic Boston Harbor with free on-site parking.
